Brief Us Properly. Get a Real Answer.

The more you tell us up front, the more honest and specific our first response can be.

How It Works

From Brief to Proposal in Four Steps

A sourcing project brief is more detailed than a price enquiry. It lets us come back with a supplier, a cost structure and a realistic calendar rather than an indicative number.

1. You Brief Us

Product, quantity, target price, delivery window and any compliance or sustainability requirements.

2. We Assess Feasibility

We review the brief against real manufacturing capability and tell you honestly what is achievable.

3. We Build the Proposal

Nominated supplier, open cost structure, fabric and trim plan, sampling calendar and ex-factory date.

4. We Execute

Development, sampling, approvals, production, quality and shipment — managed end to end.

Project Brief

Tell Us About Your Project

We treat every submission as confidential. Designs, specifications and commercial information are never shared outside the suppliers working on your programme.

What Makes a Good Brief

Five Things That Speed Everything Up

A Reference Point

A tech pack, a competitor garment, or even a clear photograph tells us more than a written description.

A Real Target Price

Tell us the number you need. We would rather tell you it is not achievable now than discover it during costing.

Honest Quantities

Per-style and per-colour quantities drive fabric MOQ, which is often the real constraint.

The Actual Delivery Date

The date the goods must be in your warehouse, not the ex-factory date you assume it implies.

Compliance Requirements

Audit standards, test standards and any certification you need supporting the product.

Who Decides

Knowing who approves fit, colour and cost saves entire weeks in the sampling calendar.
