A certificate on a factory wall proves nothing about your order. What matters is the scope certificate, the transaction certificate and the test report attached to your goods.
Buyers regularly discover that a mill holds a valid GOTS scope certificate but their specific fabric was not produced under it, or that a factory is BSCI audited but the finishing was subcontracted to a facility that is not.
We manage this distinction. For every certified claim, we confirm that the certificate is current, that its scope covers the relevant process, and that transaction-level documentation will be issued for the actual goods shipped.
Where documentation cannot be produced, we say so before the order is confirmed — not after the labels are printed.

Scope certificates checked for validity, expiry and process coverage before the order is placed.
Order-level TCs requested and tracked through the chain so the shipped goods carry documentation.
Restricted substance requirements passed to mills and laundries, with test reports filed against your standard.
Audit findings tracked to closure with evidence, not accepted as open items indefinitely.
The certificate is not the point. The chain of custody behind it is the point.CrestTex Compliance Team
