One Partner Across the Whole Chain

Most sourcing failures happen in the gaps — between the mill and the factory, between the factory and the forwarder. We own the gaps.

The Problem We Solve

The Handover Points Are Where Orders Break

A garment programme touches a yarn supplier, a mill, a dye house, a trim supplier, a factory, possibly a laundry, an inspection body, a forwarder and a customs broker. Each handover is a point of failure.

When a buyer manages these relationships separately, nobody owns the whole calendar. Fabric arrives late and the factory blames the mill; the shipment misses the vessel and the forwarder blames the factory.

CrestTex takes responsibility for the full chain. There is one critical path, one status report and one party accountable for the ex-factory date.

What We Coordinate

The Full Chain, Managed as One

Fabric & Material Sourcing

Direct mill relationships for knits, wovens, denim and performance fabrics, including nominated-supplier programmes.

Trims & Accessories

Labels, threads, zips, buttons, interlinings and packing trims sourced and tracked to in-house dates.

Capacity Planning

Line capacity booked in advance against the seasonal plan, with contingency where volume is uncertain.

Critical Path Management

A single milestone calendar from fabric booking to shipment, reviewed weekly with the buyer.

Inspection Coordination

Third-party or in-house inspection scheduled to the production plan, with reports circulated the same day.

Logistics & Documentation

Forwarder liaison, booking, and complete shipping documentation prepared to the buyer’s requirements.

Order Flow

One Calendar, Six Controlled Stages

Book Fabric→Confirm Trims→Reserve Capacity→Produce→Inspect→Ship
Visibility

What the Buyer Sees, and When

01

Order Confirmation Pack

Confirmed specification, price, quantity, delivery date and supplier, issued at order placement so there is a single agreed reference.

02

Weekly Status Report

Position of fabric, trims, production and inspection for every live order, with exceptions highlighted rather than buried.

03

Exception Alerts

Any risk to the ex-factory date is raised immediately, with the cause and the recovery options attached.

04

Inspection Reports

Written inline and final inspection reports with photographs, issued as they are completed.

05

Shipment Documentation

Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and inspection certificate prepared and checked before the vessel sails.

A shipment does not fail on the day it ships. It fails six weeks earlier, when nobody chased the trims.
