The Supply Chain Is People First

Garments are made by hand. Every quality standard, delivery date and cost target ultimately depends on how the people making them are treated.

Our Position

Purchasing Decisions Are Social Decisions

Where an order is placed, at what price and against what lead time directly affects the working conditions of the people who make it. Unrealistic prices and impossible dates are the root cause of excessive overtime.

We treat buying practice as part of social compliance. A supplier cannot maintain legal working hours if the order was priced and scheduled in a way that makes it impossible.

That is why we push back on unachievable targets at quotation stage rather than accepting the order and pushing the pressure down the chain.

Community Impact

What Responsible Sourcing Supports Locally

01

Stable Employment

Repeat, predictable order flow allows factories to retain trained workers rather than hiring and releasing seasonally — the single biggest factor in workforce stability.

02

Skills Development

Long-term supplier relationships justify investment in operator training, supervisory development and technical upskilling.

03

Women in the Workforce

The apparel sector is a major source of formal, paid employment for women in our sourcing markets. Fair treatment and safe transport arrangements matter enormously.

04

Local Economic Contribution

Textile and trim sourcing placed within the same market keeps more of the value chain — and more employment — in the producing country.

You cannot buy a safe workplace with an audit report. You buy it with realistic prices, honest dates and repeat orders.
