A different manufacturing discipline entirely — the garment is knitted to shape, not cut from fabric.
Sweater manufacturing is fundamentally different from cut-and-sew knit. Panels are knitted to shape on flat-knit machines, linked rather than overlocked, and the yarn is the fabric.
This changes everything about lead time and quality control. Yarn must be dyed and booked early, machine gauge determines what is possible, and sizing is controlled by stitch count rather than by pattern.
We work with dedicated sweater factories with the right gauge range, linking capability and finishing standards — and with the technical merchandising to manage a category where the first sample takes longer and the bulk moves slower.

Crew, V-neck, turtleneck, mock-neck and boat-neck pullovers.

Button-through, zip-through, open-front and belted cardigans.

Cable, jacquard, intarsia, pointelle, stripe and textured-stitch designs.

Hats, scarves, gloves and snoods to complete the knitwear offer.
Yarn dyeing and delivery is the longest lead item. It is booked ahead of the order, not after.
Measurements controlled by stitch and row count per size, giving consistency a cut pattern cannot.
Pilling performance and softness tested on bulk yarn, because handfeel is what sells this category.
Body, sleeve and trim panels matched from the same dye lot to avoid visible shade variation on one garment.
Send a reference garment or a stitch concept — we will match the gauge, yarn and factory.
