The most demanding categories we source. Seam sealing, down fill, stretch recovery and performance claims all have to be proven, not asserted.
Outerwear and activewear share a characteristic that sets them apart from basics — the product makes a performance claim, and that claim must survive testing, washing and wear.
This requires factories with specific machinery: seam-sealing equipment, down-filling rooms, bonding and welding capability, flatlock and coverstitch lines. General apparel factories cannot produce this work to standard.
We maintain a separate, specialist supply base for these categories and do not place technical work into factories that lack the equipment or the technical merchandising to support it.

Down and synthetic-fill jackets, gilets and long-line puffers with baffle or quilted construction.

Waterproof and water-resistant shells, softshells, parkas and three-in-one systems.

Leggings, shorts, training tops, sports bras and running layers in stretch and recycled fabrics.

Technical fleece, quarter-zips, joggers and hybrid layers for everyday performance wear.
Hydrostatic head and spray-rating testing on bulk fabric and on finished, seam-sealed garments.
Down and wadding weights verified per panel, with fill power tested and certification confirmed.
Elastane performance tested after repeated wash cycles, not only on first-sample fabric.
Seam sealing, bonding and welding checked for adhesion and durability after wash and wear testing.
Share your performance specification and we will match it to a factory that can prove it.
