Leggings, shorts, training tops, sports bras and running layers in stretch and recycled fabrics, where recovery and opacity decide the review.
Activewear is returned for three reasons: it goes see-through under stretch, it bags out after a few wears, or a seam rubs. None of those show up on a measurement table.
We test opacity under stretch and recovery after repeated extension on bulk fabric, specify flatlock or bonded seams where the garment moves most, and approve fit on the body in movement rather than flat - because that is how the customer will judge it.

Hydrostatic head and spray-rating testing on bulk fabric and on finished, seam-sealed garments.
Down and wadding weights verified per panel, with fill power tested and certification confirmed.
Elastane performance tested after repeated wash cycles, not only on first-sample fabric.
Seam sealing, bonding and welding checked for adhesion and durability after wash and wear testing.
Send a reference garment or a tech pack and we will come back with the factory, the fabric route and a costing.
