Pique and jersey polos with knitted or self-fabric collars and cuffs, where the collar decides whether the garment still looks new after ten washes.
A polo lives or dies on its collar. A knitted collar that relaxes, curls or loses its shade against the body fabric turns an otherwise perfect garment into a reject, and it almost always happens after the first wash rather than before.
We approve collar and cuff with the body as one unit - same dye lot where the construction allows, shrinkage matched between rib and body, and wash testing on the made-up garment rather than on components.

Dye lot management and shade banding so cartons within a delivery do not vary visibly.
Washed shrinkage and spirality tested and corrected in pattern, the most common knit measurement failure.
Fabric weight checked lot by lot — GSM drift changes both handfeel and fabric cost.
Print adhesion, crocking and wash-fastness tested to the buyer’s standard before bulk approval.
Send a reference garment or a tech pack and we will come back with the factory, the fabric route and a costing.
