Single jersey tees, long sleeves, tanks and vests in cotton and blends - the simplest garment to make and the hardest to keep identical.
There is nothing complicated about a t-shirt until you order fifty thousand of them. Then yarn lot, knitting tension, dye lot and shrinkage all start to move, and the difference between two cartons becomes a customer complaint.
We control the things that actually drift: GSM and width checked on bulk fabric, shrinkage tested and built into the pattern, shade bands approved lot by lot, and neck rib and shoulder tape specified so the garment still holds its shape after washing.

Dye lot management and shade banding so cartons within a delivery do not vary visibly.
Washed shrinkage and spirality tested and corrected in pattern, the most common knit measurement failure.
Fabric weight checked lot by lot — GSM drift changes both handfeel and fabric cost.
Print adhesion, crocking and wash-fastness tested to the buyer’s standard before bulk approval.
Send a reference garment or a tech pack and we will come back with the factory, the fabric route and a costing.
