Fashion pieces in viscose, rayon, linen blends and printed fabrics - fabrics that behave nothing like the cotton the pattern was probably drafted on.
Viscose, rayon and linen blends drape, grow and shrink in ways a stable cotton does not. A dress approved on a substitute fabric will hang differently in bulk, and by then the fabric is already cut.
We insist on fit approval on production fabric, test shrinkage and growth before the pattern is locked, and specify print placement and repeat properly so that engineered prints still land where they should once the panels are cut.

Bulk measurements checked against the graded spec across sizes and lots, not just on the first output.
Fabric shrinkage tested before pattern finalisation so washed measurements stay in tolerance.
Check and stripe matching specified, costed and inspected — it drives both fabric consumption and perceived quality.
Stitch density, seam pucker, collar roll and final pressing assessed at inline stage while correction is possible.
Send a reference garment or a tech pack and we will come back with the factory, the fabric route and a costing.
