Shirts and Blouses, Measured and Matched

Formal, casual, oxford, poplin, twill, flannel and printed shirting for men, women and kids - the category where small deviations are most visible.

Product Detail

Nowhere to Hide a Millimetre

Shirting shows everything. A collar that rolls unevenly, a placket that wanders, a check that does not match across the pocket - all of it is visible on the hanger, and all of it comes from process rather than from intention.

We place shirting with factories set up for it: proper collar and cuff fusing, pattern and stripe matching specified and costed rather than hoped for, and inline measurement checks across the graded spec while there is still time to correct.

Quality Control

What We Control

Measurement Consistency

Bulk measurements checked against the graded spec across sizes and lots, not just on the first output.

Shrinkage & Stability

Fabric shrinkage tested before pattern finalisation so washed measurements stay in tolerance.

Pattern & Stripe Matching

Check and stripe matching specified, costed and inspected — it drives both fabric consumption and perceived quality.

Seam & Press Quality

Stitch density, seam pucker, collar roll and final pressing assessed at inline stage while correction is possible.
