Everyday Casualwear, Built to Repeat

Jersey tops, casual shirting, joggers and shorts built for continuity lines where the same garment has to be made again and again.

Product Detail

Continuity Is the Specification

A continuity line is bought on the promise that next season's delivery will be identical to this one. That promise is kept in fabric booking and shade control, not in the sample room.

We fix the base fabric and the supplier, hold shade bands across lots and across seasons, and keep the pattern and grading under version control so a repeat order is genuinely a repeat rather than a new development.

  • Jersey tops, casual shirting, joggers and shorts
  • Base fabric and supplier fixed for the life of the line
  • Shade bands held across lots and seasons
  • Pattern and grading version-controlled for true repeats

What We Control

Lot-to-Lot Consistency

Shade and measurement held across lots and across months, because a repeat order that does not match the last one is a return waiting to happen.

Real Capacity

Volume placed where it can actually be run, with no quiet subcontracting that puts your order in a factory nobody has audited.

Children’s Safety

Cords, small parts, hardware and labelling resolved in development, where a change costs a drawing - not at final inspection, where it costs the shipment.

Cost Discipline

Consumption, wastage and trim choice costed properly at the start, because on volume lines a few cents a garment decides the programme.
