Workwear and Utility, Specified to Last

Durable trousers, jackets and utility shirting specified for wear life, industrial laundering and the stress points that actually fail.

Product Detail

Reinforce Where It Actually Fails

Workwear fails in predictable places: knees, seat, pocket mouths, cuffs and the points where hardware is attached. Generic reinforcement everywhere adds cost without adding life.

We specify construction against how the garment is really used - triple stitching and bar tacks at the stress points, heavier bases where abrasion is highest - and test colour and shrinkage after repeated industrial laundering rather than domestic washing.

  • Work trousers, jackets, coveralls and utility shirting
  • Canvas, ripstop and heavier twill bases
  • Triple stitching, bar tacks and gusseted construction at stress points
  • Shrinkage and colour tested after industrial laundering

Quality Control

What We Control

Lot-to-Lot Consistency

Shade and measurement held across lots and across months, because a repeat order that does not match the last one is a return waiting to happen.

Real Capacity

Volume placed where it can actually be run, with no quiet subcontracting that puts your order in a factory nobody has audited.

Children’s Safety

Cords, small parts, hardware and labelling resolved in development, where a change costs a drawing - not at final inspection, where it costs the shipment.

Cost Discipline

Consumption, wastage and trim choice costed properly at the start, because on volume lines a few cents a garment decides the programme.
