Trucker, oversized and lined jackets in rigid and stretch denim, where panel symmetry and hardware survive the wash or the garment does not.
A denim jacket carries far more seams, panels and hardware than a pair of jeans, and every one of them moves during the wash. Yokes twist, pocket flaps lift and chest panels lose their symmetry if the fabric has not been tested for shrinkage and skew first.
We build jackets around the finished, washed garment: panels proportioned for the shrinkage that is coming, hardware tested for corrosion and attachment strength after the full cycle, and lining and body fabric washed together so neither pulls the other out of shape.

Wash shrinkage and torque measured on bulk fabric and built into pattern before cutting, not discovered after.
Wash lots controlled with shade bands and lot-wise approval so cartons do not arrive mismatched.
Fit approved on washed garments, because measurements before wash tell you very little.
Rivets, buttons and zips tested for corrosion and attachment strength after the full wash cycle.
Send a reference garment or a tech pack and we will come back with the factory, the fabric route and a costing.
