The highest-volume denim product there is, and the least forgiving. Fabric, wash and block have to be agreed together or the fit arrives as a surprise.
Five-pocket is where most denim programmes begin and where most of them come unstuck. The same style can sit completely differently across two factories if fabric shrinkage, skew and the wash recipe have not been pinned down before the pattern is cut.
We develop the block on washed garments, lock fabric and wash together as one approval, and keep the grading honest across the full size set - so the carton matches the sample that was signed off, not an earlier version of it.

Wash shrinkage and torque measured on bulk fabric and built into pattern before cutting, not discovered after.
Wash lots controlled with shade bands and lot-wise approval so cartons do not arrive mismatched.
Fit approved on washed garments, because measurements before wash tell you very little.
Rivets, buttons and zips tested for corrosion and attachment strength after the full wash cycle.
Send a reference garment or a tech pack and we will come back with the factory, the fabric route and a costing.
