On seasonal denim the wash carries the whole look, and that is exactly what is hardest to repeat. A hand-finished development sample can be beautiful and completely unmakeable at four thousand units a month.
We develop the finish with bulk in mind from the first wash trial: how many hand operations it really needs, whether laser or ozone can carry the effect instead, and what the shade band has to be so the second lot still looks like the first.
